Shipment and delivery
Shipment, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by means of transporters defined by GLS or its delegate. In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at our own risk. In case of theft / loss Linea Tielle undertakes to send a new product and, if it is unavailable and / or exhausted,it will issue a credit note for the product itself and if it has already been paid, it will be refunded the amount already paid by customer.
In the event that the carrier is in any way commissioned by the customer, Linea Tielle will not be responsible for the loss and / or loss of the product from the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses. The product is delivered to the courier within 24 working days of receipt of the confirmation of the payment (in case of bank transfer) or receipt of order confirmation (in the case of payment by credit card).
For bank transfers, we recommend that you send a copy of your receipt by e-mail or by fax to avoid waiting due to the times of internal communication between credit institutions.
In the event that the ordered products are not immediately available, cause stock exhaustion, it will be promptly notified to the Customer with an e-mail specifying the new delivery times. At the time of departure, The Customer will receive a confirmation email. The cost of shipment is calculated automatically when the order is confirmed according the weight and volume of the goods.
All shipments, including free ones, are made by courier with delivery to the customer normally within the next working day; Shipments are all insured only when the size of the product allows it and the customer chooses it, the shipments are made via recorded delivery by Poste Italiane. The cost of the shipment is 7,00 € including VAT (22%); For orders over € 60.00, the shipment is free.
The goods provided may be paid by Banking transfer in advance, or by Credit Card / Paypal, subject to different conditions that must be agreed by writing with Line Tielle. Bank transfer data will be communicated at the time of confirmation of the order.
It is also possible to agree on a custom rate payment. Some products are periodically offered for promotions to be paid. Tielle Line reserves, at its unappealable discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, to those customers who are out of the credit limit, either unpaid or in litigation.
Damaged goods (damaged parcel): always check carefully the packages received by reserving the courier for any defect detected by the irreparable loss of the right of replacement / compensation (when the receipt is signed with the word “with reserve”); In case of delivery of visibly damaged packaging, it is recommended that the goods return to the courier; Accepting damaged parcels means taking any risk of the state of the contents. In any case, you must notify this fact at www.lineatielle.com (mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) within a maximum of two days from the date of delivery.
Important Note: Any cost increases due to the non-availability of the customer by the courier (custody, delivery to the sender, subsequent delivery attempts, change of address, etc.) shall be charged to the customer himself.. Shipment only takes place within the Italian borders at the indicated prices. For shipping out of Italy, you must get a quote (depends on the product, weight, size, and destination), asking at email@example.com.
