The supply of goods – subsequently produced – by LINEATIELLE one-man Ltd. with registered office in Via dell’Industria, Cervarese Santa Croce (PD), 31 – 35030 – via the web site www.lineatielle.com to third parties – by now called customer (s) – are governed by the following general sales conditions, by now called General conditions, which are an integral and substantial part of all the contracts signed between www.lineatielle.com and customers.
Tielle Line reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time, and the changes will be effective from the moment of their publication on www.lineatielle.com, subject to their application only to the disposals made after that publication.
Orders and conclusion of contracts
To submit an order, fill in the order in each part by filling in the appropriate forms; Tielle Line will reply by e-mail by informing the total of the order including the shipping costs; the customer will have to reply to this email to confirm the order, and pay the total amount of the order by bank transfer or directly to the courier by COD (cash on delivery).
After receiving the customer’s order, which will constitute a proposal for purchase, and the bank’s communication of the made payment, Linea Tielle will send to the customer, by e-mail to the address stated by the customer at the time of order,the confirmation of the same transition. It will be the acceptance of the proposal.
The sales agreement between Tielle Linea and the customer will end at the time of receipt by the customer of the order confirmation of Linea Tielle.
The products offered by www.lineatielle.com are normally available, however, there may be a non-availability of products ordered by the customer. In this case Tielle Line will inform the customer in the shortest possible time and will refund the customer the sum , if any, already paid for the price of the unavailable product/s and of transport; The customer will not be entitled to any other reimbursements and / or compensation and / or damages.
All accounting and tax documentation relating to the sale of products will be issued basing on the data provided by the customer in the registration and ordering process. The documentation will be sent to the customer, who, filling out the various forms, guarantees the truthfulness and correctness of these data, and undertakes to update them. In this documentation, the delivery costs will be separately highlighted
Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on www.lineatielle.com are inclusive of VAT (22%).
The sales prices of the products will be those in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract and visible at www.lineatielle.com. In the event of a price variation, Line Tielle will, however, apply to the customer the current price at the time of order.
Delivery of products
The delivery obligation will be deemed fulfilled by Linea Tielle by returning the products to the courier.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer, who will pay them together with the products. Tielle Line reserves the right to not charge the customer for all or part of the delivery costs.
The delivery of the products to the customer will be handled by the courier with the modalities and the address, on the road plan, indicated in the order.
Delivery times indicated on www.lineatielle.com will normally be respected by couriers. Possible delays may occur if the product is not available in the warehouse. In case the customer will be immediately notified and the delay will not exceed 30 days.
Joint Conciliation Clause
According to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumption Code), the customer intending to settle a dispute with Tielle Line may use the Joint Conciliation Procedure. The procedure can be initiated if the consumer has not received a reply or has received a response that he does not consider acceptable to him after submitting the complaint to the company within thirty days. The customer who decides to use the Joint Conciliation procedure is obliged to send the application to the address: email@example.com or to the fax number: 02 87 181 126.
